KARLEES KOMET, while owned by George and Joyce Kernek,
Wayne, OK, won over $4,000 in the 2002 fall futurities.
Her dam's sire,
ASHES IN THE FIRE, is also a proven barrel winner
and sire of barrel winners. "Komet" was then
purchased by Gerard Bernauer and has already been to the
winner's circle with Kelly Bowser in the saddle.
